Shipping costs are not included in the item price. They will be detailed in your purchase summary and will be calculated based on the destination.
Physical products are shipped via courier or postal services within 24/48 hours of placing the order.
Shipping times may vary depending on the location and type of product. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, they require a preparation time that varies depending on the order. (See preparation times section). Shipping will be processed once the order is completed.
Digital products are shipped via direct download from the website or sent via email.
In the event of sales or new product launches, these delivery times may be extended. Just let me know at info@tusmejoresfiestas.com if you need your order urgently.
If any additional shipping costs arise, whether due to customs clearance or similar, they will be borne by the customer.

1. Can I request shipping of an order outside of Spain?
You can contact us and we'll be happy to find a solution to ship the product wherever you want.
2. What happens if I'm not at the address I provided when the courier delivers the order?
After the initial delivery attempt, the carrier will notify you to contact them and schedule a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you provided or to one of the carrier's offices.
3. What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
All orders include a tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days, please contact us to resolve the issue.
4. Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Contact us through any of the channels and let us know. That way, we can discuss the options available.
5. Can I pick up my order at a location?
If you live in Madrid, please contact us so we can arrange a personal delivery.
6. How should I make a return?
Due to the nature of our products (digital and/or personalized), returns of any kind will not be accepted. Only if an error has occurred that is creditable to Tus Mejores Fiestas will the product be returned with the necessary changes.
